(en) On the left shows a cóndor (Chile's national emblem) holding a branch with leaves (olive branch?) in its beak. In the center there is a lady (goddess?) wearing a helmet and robes sitting down, holding a torch in the sky in left and cradling two spears with material attached (representing the flags from Bolivia's coat of arms?) in her right arm. On the right there is a tall mountain in the background (bolivia's national emblem) with buildings at the base of the mountain. The name 'Gino Cordova' is written in very small letters at the bottom of the image.

(en) The coin shows Chile's Crest on the left, depicting a shield of two colours with a five pointed star in the center and three feathered plumes at the top. On the right is Bolivia's crest from the coat of arms, this shows an oval with an alpaca and a bundle of wheat before a tall mountain with the sun rising behind it. In the center is the Caduceus symbol of commerce with two olive branches below.
The image is bordered with the inscription " ● Peace treaty of friendship and trade ● 20 October 1904 "
