Он не прилагает к саоей посылке правильно заполненную электронную таможенную декларацию. Он просто не знает что это такое.

Без электронной таможенной деклараци такие посылкм блокируется и возвращаптся обратно - это закон!!!.

Правила должны соблюдаться обоими партнерами при обмене. К моей посылки была электронная таможенная декларация, а у твоей посылки ее не было. Плюс на твоей бумажке не было ни каких печатей от почтовых и таможенных сервисов твоей страны. Без отметки печати со стороны выпускащей таможни Индии- декларация считаетя недействительной и посылка подлежит возврату.Модераторы сайта могут почитать и посмотреть фото твоей таможенной декларации. Штампов таможни Индии на них нет.

В итоге я ему отправил 50 юбилейных больших монет. От него не получил ничего

Повторно правильно оформить свою электронную таможенную декларацию и отправить мне посылку - он отказался.

Этот партнер простой врун и лжец.

Do not trust and do not exchange with this partner.

He does not attach a correctly filled out electronic customs declaration to his parcel. He simply does not know what it is.

Without an electronic customs declaration, such parcels are blocked and returned back - this is the law!!!.

The rules must be followed by both partners during the exchange. My parcel had an electronic customs declaration, but your parcel did not. Plus, your piece of paper did not have any stamps from the postal and customs services of your country. Without a stamp from the issuing Indian customs, the declaration is considered invalid and the parcel is subject to return. The site moderators can read and look at a photo of your customs declaration. There are no Indian customs stamps on them.

As a result, I sent him 50 large commemorative coins. I didn't receive anything from him

I tried to re-register my electronic customs declaration and send me the parcel - he refused.

This partner is a simple liar and a cheat.

Unfortunately i cannot use foul words here this guy
1st i posted his coins and once i posted he didn't post my coins until it was out for delivery then he posted the coins after 2 months and in between there was no messages from him
2ndly he had taped majority of the unc coins whose value is gone due to the tape on the coins
3rd not 1,2or 3 but 15 wrong coins he has sent me
He is not an ideal person to do swap it was my worst experience in Numista ever
