While I'm hardly an expert on ancient coins, the design reminds me of Caracalla and Fulvia Plautilla, his wife (211-217AD)
The hair style, though, is similar to Fausta, wife of Constantine I 324-326 A.D.
Thanks Dejan, that was a nice shot indeed, but unfortunately none of them are close for the reverse. I found only one with similar reverse, but the bust wasn't right.. Damn, this is a hard one :(

You are right, the reverse is the same, I'm having trouble finding the observe, there are some similarities with Caracalla, but as you say, their coinage is silver, this is a silvered follis and it's so strange..... I lost so many hours searching for this one.
