While I'm hardly an expert on ancient coins, the design reminds me of Caracalla and Fulvia Plautilla, his wife (211-217AD)
The hair style, though, is similar to Fausta, wife of Constantine I 324-326 A.D.
Thanks Dejan, that was a nice shot indeed, but unfortunately none of them are close for the reverse. I found only one with similar reverse, but the bust wasn't right.. Damn, this is a hard one :(

For me it's mule.
PONTIF TRP III with Sol standing left holding spear and globe. It's usually male coin because Pontifex Maximus is only the emperor.

Reverse is similar to Caracalla but follis from this period?
Silver plated antonianus?

Search for this reverse and then think if can be his wife.

Hope this help.

You are right, the reverse is the same, I'm having trouble finding the observe, there are some similarities with Caracalla, but as you say, their coinage is silver, this is a silvered follis and it's so strange..... I lost so many hours searching for this one.

Its most likely a fouree and not a follis.
