San Marino Coin

I have a coin that I need to Identify. It is fashioned after the San Marino 20 Lire 1931 thru 1938 (KM #Pn4) with a few differences. It has no date, there is no crown on the reverse, and no L.20, in place of the L.20 are three stars. But other than these three differences they look alike. It appears to be silver and is about the same size, about 35.5mm diameter. Any help would be appreciated.
it certainly does look like a pattern strike of that 20 lire coin. very interesting...B)

There is a great deal of information on this site, and it is mostly in Italian so it will take me a while to maneuver through it. Thanks for the info.
