Medieval or post-medieval token in question

Hello there! Would someone help me to identify this token? All I can see on the obverse is the three crowns. A shield on the obverse is divided into four sections. Top right and bottom left sections contain the annulets (three rings); top left and bottom right – animal heads. I'd say the bottom one looks like a bear with open mouth.
