Ancient Roman Coins-please help identify?

I know that these are roman coins but other than that on 1 coin I see what look like 2 fishermen, the other coin has symbols which I do not recognize! Thank you for your help and knowledge it is greatly appreciated-​​​​​​​
Could you give size and weight? That would make it a lot easier to identify.

I'm thinking that the second coin is Judean, not roman, the writing seems to be proto-hebraic (I have one of these)
The first one is an FEL TEMP REPARATIO (legend) - Fallen horsemen type. The "two fisherman" are a roman soldier stabbing a barbarian cavalryman with bis spear. I would say its atleast a 90% chance that you will have Emperor Constantius II on the obverse.
Your mintmark is unreadable so its not fully identifyable but here an example:
