Just got this one, and those holes looks weird.
It's a fake or a casting problem?

The diameter on your coin is correct, matching the Numista listing. I agree that your example has more holes than other examples shown. It's possible this would mean a poor-quality cast fake, but I believe that all cash coins in those days were cast rather than struck, so these might just be casting bubbles from poor-quality original production, maybe enlarged from some corrosion over time. I lean toward genuine.
