Can anyone tell me some more about this item is it greek or roman

Your coin is definitely from the Ptolemaic Kingdom, a Hellenistic state based in Egypt. So this would be considered Greek, and the lettering I used to identify it was in Greek. To narrow it down further, could you give the weight and diameter? It would help a lot and make it much easier to identify.

Hope this helps!

It is hard to tell without weight and dimensions.

But something similar to this.
