France 1741 double sol(?) [решено]

Hi all,

I found this coin in some bulk I bought. It’s 22mm diameter and weighs 2.39 grams. I’m not able to determine if it’s real, what the “lettre d’atelier” is and how that matches the mark under the fleur-de-lis. Perhaps anyone here knows? Thanks in advance!

This matches perfectly with the engravers’ privy marks under the fleur-de-lis:
