Savoy or Sardinia...

Hello everybody...
I've stumbled on this coin on eBay... and while I found it on Numista, there are two entries of it on it...

Here's one from Duchy of Savoy and here is the second one from Kingdom of Sardinia... the coin is the same and the KM# 64 is the same but they are listed under different regions... I would like to find out first how is it listed in the Krause Catalog...?!?! is it under Savoy or under Sardinia...?!?!

Second, we then need to correct this information on Numista... b/c it creates a bit of confusion...

Here's what I learned: The Duchy of Savoy, in 1720, was given Sardinia as a new territory... the newly created country then became known as States of Savoy or Kingdom of Sardinia... The coinage of the Savoy and Island of Sardinia did not become unified until 1816 (according to Numista)... Therefore the Savoy had its own coins and Island of Sardinia had its own - even though both territories were called - Kingdom of Sardinia (please read Wikipedia on Duchy of Savoy)...

So, please help and post your reply here with regards to Krause Catalog... (sorry I don't have one for the period...)
Thank you, in advance... and have a pleasant day...
On the Krause's 1701-1800 3rd ed (2003) I have it only appears under Kingdom of Sardinia (as C#50 on page 856), not under Savoy.
Coin enthusiast, always learning
I think that the coinage from 1720 must be understood as Sardinia.
I think this may be a duplicate entry, but let me triple check.
