It's not uncommon but it is rather odd for Liberia to put a Chinese dragon on a circulating coin. The following website

implies that these coins are not official Liberian issues. At the very least, shouldn't they be recategorized as non-ciculating?

OK, it looks just about legitimate. Is there any evidence it was put into circulation in Liberia? If not, can we change it to a non-ciculating coin?

​I also think in that way. I don't think these coins appeared in this country but ie Tunisian 1 millim 2000 i think could be put in circulation.
Well, best will be to ask kremnica mint about it. I will ask them and post here result.
