This model is many but none is exactly. Please help!
In my opinion the collector is always happier than the dealer because has no regrets but the deal between them is what makes both happy every time.

At least we know that is from NETHERLANDS
there are no many coins with the writing "PAR VÆ CRESCVNT"
and it's from 1596 MONETA BELGICA ...
with beams ...
Though not so obvious to find
The closest wording I found is from Friesland:
The closest portrait is from a "graaf van Leicester" (sure not the first Earl who died on 1588)
a bit like this.
