I was doing some research and I found my token to be Baker 155A (Thanks to the people in the forum who told me about it) And I can't find anything about the value. I have one of two of the set and I was told that will affect the value of the coin. It is in Gem Uncirculated condition too. I believe it was minted in the 1860s. Thanks for the help! It was minted in bronze, gold, and silver. I think mine is either in silver or bronze but I don't know for sure.
First - Figure out if yours is silver or bronze. Weight? Diameter? Appearance?
Second - Do a search (e.g. Google and ebay) and look for what the medal sold for in recent sales.
Third - Determine of yours is real or an imitation.
