I'm not sure yet of the mintmark.

The mintmark ends with SLG I would say (Maybe GSLG: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/constantius_II/_lyons_RIC_viii_189.jpg ) so its the Lugdunum / Lyon mint.
Its in quite good condition but the value is hard to tell because this type of coin is quite common but it got many rare mintmarks and variations which can add to the value.
