Possible Silver coin American Bicentennial Celebration [решено]

Hello,

I am new to this site and need help identifying this coin. I received this coin from my deceased great uncle's estate. Lincoln county is I assume Lincoln County, TN where he lived. The coin is tightly encapsulated and I don't want to attempt to open it. It weighs about 38.2 grams. I can't measure it but it's about the size of an American Morgan or Peace dollar but thicker.
There are small inscriptions on a smooth rim of ".999 F.S. C HM (letters almost together under a scope) 76 P" Any help would be appreciated!
Not sure if this is a "coin" it's similar to this in concept https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces21336.html
But maybe a medal?
I bet it is a medal/token. I was looking more on this website and saw several "token" categories of various states, counties, and cities of the US celebrating America's independence 200th anniversary. Various metals used too even silver and gold. Thanks for you're help!
