Spanish netherlands? [решено]

Hi!

The little shield in the middle made me look into groningen, and then Zug. I couldnt find a match, it looks like a groot of a mijt from Carlos V of spanish netherlands, but the shield doesnt match!
It has 23mm and 1.30g, what do you think?
any help it welcome!

It is earlier, Burgundian Netherlands under one of the Philips (you can see PhS starting at 12:00 on the shield side).
