This appears to be a Nepalese copper dam of Girvan Yuddha Vikrama (1799-1816). The weight, diameter, and general appearance match.
It appears there is considerable variability among these coins - perhaps partly because the dies were larger than the flans, and there were probably a number of different dies. Also, your example is rather worn, so a little difficult to read. Here are some examples from Zeno, not exactly matching yours but I think close enough to ID the coin.
