No 2 is not Constantius I but a city commemorative struck in the reign of his son, Constantine the Great, City Commemorative 330-331 AD. AE Follis. CONSTAN-TINOPOLIS, laureate, helmeted and mantled bust of Constantinopolis left, holding sceptre over shoulder / Victory standing facing, head left, foot on prow, holding transverse sceptre and resting left hand on shield. Star in left field. Mintmark PCONST. RIC VII Arles 352; Sear 16452. Search for RIC VII 352 here:
