Identifying - Commemorative Coin John F. Kennedy - found in Belgian House

Hi everyone,

I found this coin (see pictures). It weighs about 14grams and was found in a gold coin collection. I have no idea if it is real gold. The small numbers on the back seem to spell < 0.300>E

This is a family find and will be sold for my little niece's savings (she'll be born in June). Thanks so much in advance for any help. Especially his head position seems rather unique

Could you take a magnified picture of the reverse numbers? Might help. Is there any lettering on the rim? What is the diameter?
