Egypt 1 qirsh coins—KM270 or KM277?

I need help identifying these three Egypt 1293(1) qirsh coins. I can’t tell if tell if they are KM270 (Murad V) or KM277 (Abdul Hamid II) or some combination of the two. The only difference that I can see is in the weights of the coins. They are from left to right: 1.28g, 1.17g, and 1.24g.

I can see no design difference in the coins. What am I missing? The only difference I can see from the Numista catalogue is there is a difference in the weight of the two types—the KM270 is 1.41g and the KM277 is 1.2g. But the difference in weight could be due to wear.

Can a member of the community with experience with these types of coins help me?

these coins are KM # 277 - KM # 270 has a different tughra, if you take clear photos, you will see it. Tugra is like the autograph of the Sultan.
