Hi Everyone. Can anyone help ID this. It has me stumped. Its 25mm Medal Alligned I believe. Possibly from the USA?

Thank you in advance
This auction from two years ago had four items in a lot and said they were from London.

Tickets and Passes of London from the David Young Collection

It is the last item in the picture, and described as
Clubs and Societies, Uncertain locations, [Union Society],
copper Twopence, sun shining from clouds above clasped hands, wreath below,
rev. 2 pence, Established Dec 9 1811 around, 25mm, 4.98g (W –; D & W 195/742)

Even more certain to be from UK as Pence is a unit of currency there, so not Cents as in USA.
