Remember, eBay take 12.5% of the total price including postage, so about £0.11. First class postage is £0.85, so seller will lose money. If posted second class, £0.66, seller makes a small profit.
If he can sell a few million, he can retire

You do realize that Goutham Sivasailam was quite serious? $28.6k for a 1930 Australian Penny in XF condition is probably lower than most recent sales. Maybe you should do your homework before posting.

£ 1 is kind of cheap, why not €68 for this "rare" (but definitely worn) Belgian 2 Francs coin ?
