Hi,
I was hoping someone here would be able to help with identifying this small token / medal please. It’s about 16mm diameter.

Iran is correct. It is a traditional wedding or celebration souvenir token. there are many different ones.

Absolutely not.
Such tokens were very popular during the reign of Mohammad Reza.
Btw tulips are a symbol of passionate love and prosperity.
