It's not clear from your post if these are two different coins or two sides of the same coin.
If it's the former, you should always provide pictures of both sides of any coin you're looking to ID.
If it's the latter, it looks like

Either way, these are very common coins and yours don't have any of the obvious signs of being replicas (dotted backgrounds, nonsense characters). The weirdest thing from my perspective is how "clean" the hole looks. Replicas and fakes are always possible, of course, but its not like the real deal is worth much anyway.
