Slovenian silver and gold coins [решено]

Hi i acquired this coin a long ago and never knew the true value of this 2 in one coin I thought is pretty cool that basically slots one in the other.
the silver one is arround 50mm
the gold one is arround 20,2mm
no value on the silver one
only the number 1 and some writing on gold one as seen in the pictures

Just to understand properly is silver and a plated coin?

The coin is this one and is brass. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2145.html It might be gold plated. The "silver" one might be silver plated but certainly isn't solid silver considering it sells for $11.75 and weighs 62g.
