Seems Numista doesn't have an entry for it, both in coins and exonumia. I also can't find any information on the Internet. Can someone please help me identify this coin? Thank you!

Looks like a fake/fantasy piece to me. Does it even say "TUVALU" or is the first letter a "7" perhaps?

Wow I never realized it looked like a 7 from that angle till you mentioned it, so I checked. It's a T if you look at it directly - it's the same as the T in Elizabeth. Maybe it's a gold fantasy coin. Thanks for your reply dude.

Check where it has that damage to the rim, if the color is also gold inside the hit.

There have been other gold Tuvalu 1/25 oz $3 coins.

Do you have an accurate scale and caliper?
1/25 of an ounce should be 13.92 mm diameter and 1.224 grams.
