Germany › German states › Trier, Archbishopric of
J P C = Johann Philipp von Walderdorff
Maybe yours is KM# 270
as KM# 271 is 2 Pfennig and KM# 272 is 4 Pfennig.

His monogram (JPC, for Johann Philipp Churfürst) ...

That image though is I think from a 4 Pfennig coin, and maybe for
your 1 Pfennig the monogram is slightly different (but basically the same). Namely >

Just as for these two already on here, they too are slightly different ...

KM# 270 is also Schön DM# 67 and Schön shows a picture which matches your coin. The monogram is again slightly different but the picture is 1762 and the 1757 coins in all denominations seem to have a slightly different monogram than the 1762 coins.

(There are even monogram differences inside years in some cases. I have two 1758 Trier 2 Pfennig coins with slightly different monograms.)
For the 1 pfennig coin mentioned by bjherbison: https://www.ma-shops.com/olding2/item.php?id=297969

Interesting that it is so hard to find images of a 1 pfennig (I found one example of the 1762 on MA-shops and one on eBay). It must be a somewhat scarce type compared to others.
