First of all, always make sure to include the measurements of an object you want help with. Those numbers do far more to narrow down searches than anything else. Second, be sure to ask what kind of help you're looking for. I'm assuming it's an ID, so I'll proceed from there.
I'm afraid it's quite impossible to say what this coin is, primarily because it's not a coin at all. It appears to be a fantasy piece (or perhaps a copy of a fantasy piece) commemorating the year 1916 (and maybe Yuan Shikai; I'm no expert on that bit). Someone with a bit more experience with these might be able to narrow it down further. However, the sheer number of these sorts of things can make that difficult. What I'm comfortable saying for certain is that it's not a coin and that it's likely to be worth no more than the base metal it's made of.
as seltsamesammler told before add measurements and which kind of help you need.
In the beginning of 20th century a lot of european companies (mints) produced patterns for modern chinese coins. Such patterns may have more value than the base metal value.
But it is a very difficulty theme - I am not an expert in.
