Hi, my father found both of these on 2 different construction sites few years back. Location: Poland, post German territory. Any help appreciated.
First is ancient Roman, 4th century, GLORIA EXERCITVS type. If you take a photo of the obverse I can probably tell you the emperor under which it was struck.
I collect and deal in ancient Roman coin. In case you're looking for affordable ancient coins or need any help with the coins you already have send me a message.
Yeah, found it. Bronze AE3 of Constantine I, Cyzicus, AD 331 - AD 334. 1929.104.1
It's the second one I cannot find anywhere. It's actually not a coin, it's larger.
The other item is a medallion.

The first image is >
Der Herr wird dich segnen [aus Zion, daß du sehest das Glück Jerusalems] dein Leben lang
from Psalm 128:5 in the Bible. [PSALM · 128, V · 5 at end]

The second image is >
Freude die Fülle und liebliches Wesen [zu deiner Rechten] ewiglich
from Psalm 16:11 in the Bible. [PS · 16, V · 11 at end]
Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
