Turkey, 1115

A small piece of silver, 10.3-10.6 mm, 0.10g. Looks like this one: 1 Para - Ahmed III (Kostantiniyye mint) - Ottoman Empire – Numista. The "only" difference - 1.5 time smaller diameter and 7 times lighter. What is this?

And one more question. What is known about mintage of 1 Rial - Mohammad Rezā Pahlavī - Iran – Numista, 1332?
Your coin appears to be Ottoman, an akce of (as you suspected) Ahmed III, Constantinople mint, AH 1115, matching this one in Zeno (reported weight 0.12 grams for an akce, much less than for a para):

As for your second question, here is the page in Numista with a table of mintage numbers:

However it looks to me like there is probably a mistake in the listing for 1332 where it says only 3 coins were minted, because it also says the frequency of this date is 6% which would correspond to about 3,000,000 coins, so I would look to confirm mintage number elsewhere.

I agree, 3 pieces transferred from one edition into another one, but 300000 or 3 millions look more plausible. Anyway, it's interesting to know the truth.

That 6% doesn't convert in any way to mintage. The percentage on the year lines when combined with the NRI gives the number of members that has that coin in their collection. In this case the NRI is 16 which corresponds to (very) approximately 900 members. So 6% of 900 is 54 members claim to have this coin. More than the stated mintage of 3 but nowhere near 3,000,000.
I agree that the stated percentage figures represent the percentage of members reporting that year of the coin in their collections, compared with other years. I think we can extrapolate that if members report 6% of their holdings of this coin are this year, that might give a very rough ballpark figure for the actual distribution of mintage. Adding up the total mintages reported in the table for all years, I get about 43,480,000. A ballpark extrapolation of 6% of this figure would be 2.6 million, and I'm thinking the 3 reported might be a typo for 3 million. However, I agree this is certainly going out on a limb, making several assumptions, so it would be much better to find actual mintage figures somewhere. It is obvious even just from the holdings of members that the published 3 is grossly erroneous. It does seem that this year is most likely the lowest mintage for this coin.
Yes, that makes sense. Coupled with the value data in SCWC it seems obvious that 3 is incorrect and is probably much higher.

Old edition of Krause to the rescue. Somewhere between editions 1999 and 2006 the mintage changed from 3.320.000 to 3!

Here's a scan from an older edition (1984), when reference numbers where still in Y(eoman) in stead of K(rause)M(ishler) and mintages were still described in thousands, so 3.320 is 3.320.000:
