Stylised Eagle with a cross for its head on copper coins [решено]

Not much to go on with this one. It seems to be copper (or billon). The better preserved size shows a sylised eagle with a cross where its head should be. I can't see any legend and the other side is worn almost smooth. Around 1cm diameter: weight 0.68g (0.024 oz). I had a hunch it was from the vatican papal states. Grateful for any thoughts.
Thanks
Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth ? but I didn't find the same eagle z|

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I had a look and I can't see the same eagle either.

I've added a couple of images in the hope that it helps.
I will only say that if this image is an eagle, it might be upside down, making the "stylized head that looks like a cross" possibly the tail.

The only Polish coins I can imagine with these features are too large
Must be from Brandenburg.
you can see their symbol on top.
maybe not an eagle but a winged helmet.

Thanks! That looks like a perfect match to me. I'm impressed by the way this problem, which I couldn't see a way round, was methodically resolved. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
