This looks like a tin piti, a type of coin produced in several sultanates in Southeast Asia (e.g., Bantan, Patani-Kelantan, Siak). I didn't see an exact match to yours in Zeno, but here are a couple of examples, including one with an irregular hole similar to your coin. Hopefully this will get you into the ballpark. Maybe one of our members will be able to help with a more exact attribution.

I had the same idea and looked to the "Malay Peninsula Millies" but I didn't find it. Most of them are uniface.
