Yes, you are correct on the identity of the coin, but the date looks like VS 1980 (AD 1923) to me. The last digit is a zero, not another nine. Here's another example dated VS 1980 for comparison.

it's seems to be Gurmukhi (Pendjabi) numbering

The coin is not from Punjab but from the Princely State of Bundi located in Rajasthan that used devnagiri and farsi script on coins. So Gurmukhi / Punjabi is not used here. However VS was a common system used in many states including Punjab.
