1. I put a vertical line through the 1 and 4 [different angles]
2. I put horizontal line touching the 1 and 4 [line does not touch 9 and 0]
3. I put horizontal line touching the 9 and 0 [line does not touch 1 and 4]

The vertical lines are parallel, as are the horizontal.

It is not a rare date, but it is a good grade, maybe EF 40.
