Hello and welcome to Numista!

Your pictures are fine.  This is a medal commemorating the first moon landing.  As the certificate indicates it's 35 grams of .900 gold (you should verify yours is the same) worth at least melt value ($1800 USD). Here are several sales/auctions of similar medals:

I don't recognize the mint mark NI.  Maybe another member does.

It is not yet in  the Numista Catalog.

Hi! Dear rsirian1  YOU SAW A LOT OF OTHER PHOTOS THAN WHAT I SAW: PLEASE SEE THAT I CLAIMED NOT CLEAR PICTURES AT 6:53 pm & THE POSTER OF THE TOPIC EDITED HIS FIRST POST AT 6:58 pm WITH MANY OTHER NEW AND MUCH BETTER PHOTOS!!!

Thanks to that you had a much easy job to do…

Hi Andipasculescu10. Very respectfully… this is not a race, there are no winners. Only someone looking very specifically at the last edit time would notice the OP edited the original post. There's no reason to address that way to anyone who responded with the answer, i.e. use bold to highlight a particular keyword or data not whole sentences, and avoid the use of uppercase as it is interpreted as yelling.

You provided valuable contribution to indicate the original photos could be better, and someone else provided more information on the item. We all benefitted from your actions as now we have learned more about the object, especially the OP.

No one cares who gave the correct answer, no one wins stars for helping out others.

Lets try to keep this site a collaborative endeavor in a friendly environment.

Hi,Limbru! Thanks for your message & O.K.,you are right in all what you say,ONLY that I was surprised to see that another NUMISTA member found as perfect the photos on the post & that I appreciated as not clear at all! That is why (and first for MYSELF) I tried to find out what happened with what I first saw… and so found the edited post… So,it's not a race but I took the other member's post as something like ''Don't believe what other unexperienced member says, your photos are perfect, believe what I say and I proove you with all the following information…''(very correct,by the way,on the new conditions of the edited post).

So,dear Limbru, please understand that it is me who took that statement as a ''blame vote'' against me!

All my friendly regards to all of you!

Andi

I believe that NI in a wreath is a mint mark that was used by Numismatica Italiana, Arezzo, Italy.

Thanks.  That makes sense.   I've been searching for "international association of man-in-space" to try to get more information but other than hits about this and similar tokens the only thing I've found has been in a book titled “Corporate Author Headings” 1970 where this group is referenced:

So a mint in Italy seems right.

Edit:  Same mint mark is on this coin minted by Numismatica Italiana:
