German token?

Hi! I bought one token. I think it is a german. But can't find more information. Size 1,9 cm. Maybe brass, but I am not sure.

Thank you! What do you think, is it a german token? Btw this X or H look close to russian kopeks. 

 Probably would be H S initials, as X S is unlikely. Then S & S the other side. 

Maybe a transport company, with the wings and toothed wheel design. 

No idea of country. 

 The rod on top of the wheel maybe the Caduceus used by Hermes - 

but without the snakes around it. It did have wings either side though. 

So a chance that H may be Hermes; or not.
