Please help me with this one. This silver coin is 17.0 mm / 0.9 mm, 1.1 g. One side has a cross with dots. Text on both sides is difficult to read.
In the left image, I think we can read RI(G?) at 7:00-9:00 and clearly REX at 12:00-2:00. Possibly a crude bust with scepter to right?
Thank you for helping me. I actually find this coin from my hometown using metal detector. I have delivered the photo to the Finnish National Museum also.
Could find similar coins (weight, size and motive of cross with dots).
Portugal, 13th century, 1 queitil
It will remain difficult.
Style may be also close to the denars from Emdem
Thank you. I'll check those next.
