I would be ever so grateful if someone has the answers to these two coins.

from my late fathers collection.

2nd bigger coin/ token appears to be Arabic Scent bottles 28mm 11.53g Arabic reverse

1st smaller possibly Roman 17mm  3G bronze Horseback rider with spear reverse crest with small horse atop.

Any thoughts on either would be gratefully received.

Never stop learning….

cheers

Second item: India > Islamic Temple Token

I guess you do not know to put your pictures in the Search on here.

Your last two I did that with, and the results are shown above.

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

Hi

correct, I don’t.

Thanks for that

Jim

This first coin is not ancient. 17th or 18th century Italian States.

I don't think it's on Numista.

Here is a link that might lead you in the right direction: N#238723

It is certainly an interesting coin.

Hi

similar but Horse and warrior facing the other way and legend incorrect. Actually came across this one in my search.

thank you though appreciate the reply nonetheless

jim

On the coin you have Saint George fighting the dragon. You're dated 1672. Irish Penny, Dublin. Rare coin, often counterfeit. Butchers' Arms. You'll find the rest yourself

Hi

thank you so much. Just needed a push in the right direction.

Lost my dad a few months ago and inherited what can only be described as a huge collection.

Chipping away.

I really  appreciate you taking the time for a novice .

kind regards

Jim
