Having said that, it appears to be Greek due to the Harp/Lyre in the clear photo which happens to be upside down. The exact one would require better photographs of the other side and additional information.

No problem. I get that it is the same coin. Just 1 photo is really good and one really bad. To identify it exactly would require a better photo of the side in your hand. If you dont have a scale thats OK but certainly you have a ruler to measure approximate diameter in MM. The fact that you provided that it is silver is helpful. The more information, the better in identifying exactly what you have.
