Help Identifying Worn Coin/medal/token [решено]

Roughly 32mm Diamater

 My first guess would be a UK Conder token, or Australia, New Zealand, Canada et cetera. 

Still looking … 

 Would prefer pictures taken in daylight. Any lettering visible?
