Duke: Henry I of Guise (1647-1648)

 Yes that page says 30mm but your coin is cropped; lettering cut off in parts. 

Obverse: Crowned ornate shield with SPQN in horizontal band across center.

Lettering: HEN. DE. LOR. DVX. REI. N. 

Reverse: Three wheat stalks and olive branch tied together, date above.

Lettering: PAX. ET. VBERTAS. 

Comments: Struck during the Spanish siege of the city. 

 To help the search I put shield in the box, plus your pictures.
