Not until you mentioned it. But now that you did, it also looks like it was struck off center so the planchet may have bounced a little when minted accounting for the denticles missing on the right side and could also explain what you describe as bleeding through on the left side. The die did not strike the planchet evenly.

will try to take a better photo tomorrow when its day to get a better photo. it strange because the writing is indented on the wreath side. i personally cannot understand how that happened. i also believe the scratching on the coin was the due to the planchet being filed down for being overweight as the coin is 0.2grams to heavy.
