Original Mint Packaging?

I recently received this 1976 Olympic 100 dollar 14k gold coin from Canada. It came in this cardboard or paper information card and I was wondering if this is a private package or it is the original mint packaging. In any case, please tell me the value. The coin seems to be in very good condition with the scratches being on the plastic its being held in.

My understanding is that the 14K version came in the packaging you have from the mint and the 22k came in a box. In the last link you will see the packaging for both versions. Not sure I agree with the melt values for the 14k on the following Numista link. Note that the 14k is describes as “proof like” while the 22k is described as “proof”.
