Roman coin

I think it's a roman as. Can you help me identify it??

I know this is not your question, but please do NOT clean roman coins like that. Due to the age of the coi, it is best do not do much at all and just gently rinse of the coin with water. Do not use a brush or rub the coin in any other way! This way you are just destroying the coin, its history and its value.

All I did was keep it for several days in the water.  It is a coin that has almost 2000 years, I also realize that I don't have to use a brush for it because I can destroy it for good. Thanks anyway
