Coin 1 is fake or heavily tooled Kushan coin.

Agreed, coin 1 is a fake Kushan; I have a very similar one. For coin 2, diameter and weight would help with ID.

I suspect the second coin is from the Khwarizmshahs. Here's one from Zeno with similarities in the writing, and of the correct diameter and weight, but I didn't see any matches there. Maybe this can serve as a starting point, or maybe another member with greater knowledge in this area will be able to help out.
