I have a 2015 uncirculated gold coin: Elizabeth II REI GRA REGINA GIBRALTAR with Sir Winston Churchill , We Shall Never Surrender.  I am unable to find info re: this 2015 edition.  Numista has one on from 2020.

This is what I could find about the coin u shared. It could be a replica of this as well. So need to test its authenticity. 

There is a coin listed here in numista, but thats a Crown coin:

Sold by the Norwegian company Samlerhuset Group, they trade around the world under many names, such as London Mint Office & Monetų namai.

The coins were sold individually, or in sets of 3 or 5 coins

¼ Sovereign (2g), ½ Sovereign (4g), Sovereign (8g), 2 Sovereign (16g), & 5 Sovereign (40g). (Weights approximate)

The 2015 coin you picture uses the IRB effigy, the 2020 coin listed at Numista using the RDM effigy.
