I think the design is the same but their is big difference in the weight and the diameter 

Then maybe the 5 Para KM# 537, not yet in the Numista catalog.

No year on the metal, no regnal year either, so probably just the ornament of a belly dancer!

Unusual to have the beginning of a reign on the tughdra side of an Islamic coin, on that side you normally find the regnal year?

He only reigned for that one year.  I think the year is usually on the other side but not always.

Anyway the mass of the coin is too low….
