I am trying to identify a coin, which looks like a poltorak of Sigismund III Vasa minted in Bydgoscz in 1616 (it has specific coat of arms on obverse, as well as specific cross on the reverse. But the year seems to be rather 1615 than 1616.

Yes, I saw that coin. The problem is that it has different coat of arms and different crown on its obverse, and also the cross on reverse looks quite different.
There are plenty of subtypes. you can check this catalog to try to find an exact match:
Medieval hand cut dies often vary quit a a lot, from different dimensions of the designs to missing or switched/ mirrored letters and spelling errors. Even small city issues use at least a dozen+ dies to hundreds for larger issues … all of them looking slightly different.
We can't add all of them unless we want to add hundreds of thousands of subtypes (and that's if all would be even known).

Thanks. This catalogue seems to be exhaustive.
I think this type of cross, shield and crown are typical: WCN :: Archiwum :: 339827
As pointed out by others, millions of these were struck each year (the reason they can stiull be bought for a few euros each), using many different dies.
I like on yours that the 2 in 24 is missing!
That missing 2 has interested me as well. At first I have thought that it was abraded during coin's circulation but after closer look I can say that it's not the case, and that there was no 2 from the beginning.
