Brazil 10 Cruzeiros with overstamp

Need some help with identification.

I have looked at Numista - can't find this.

Also looked in http://www.banknote.ws/COLLECTION/countries/AME/BRA/BRA0159.htm

My note has an overstamp. Green colour in the patterns. Not obvious in my photo

Your banknote is P-183b. You have the correct spelling of “ministro”. 

A couple of things. Your note looks very degraded, and inks maybe have lost their true hues. Also, the overprints were not done on original runs of the un-overprinted versions as can be told by the series numbers. There may have been slight color variations from this as well as ink strength may show that the ink was running out. In any case you have P-183b. If you find additional copies of the same series number, compare them and make a determination from that.
