A coin from 1985 is not old. The type is not the same as the newest, that's all. According to the numista catalog, it's even still circulating.

I'm from 1964 and not even consider that ‘old’.

But Elizer14 may be 14 years old, or is perhaps born in '14, and may view it differently.
